Fleurs thrift

Minnesotans like me have to create an interior garden to help us endure the winter world of white. I’d love to have enough money to buy bouquets of fresh flowers for every room each week, but I’ve found a pretty good alternative. Thrift stores often carry silk flowers, some quite high end. So, whenever I see beautiful blooms in thrift aisles,  I snap them up. Boy, do they come in handy in February. And they are SO inexpensive compared to what you’d pay in craft stores.
