I finally finished two more transformed hatboxes (from thrift stores), each in slightly different shades of cream with black trim. And another little antique white wooden box with some faux vintage postcards I created (with help from The Graphics Fairy, as usual!) and with a light blue interior. It used to be an ugly brown cigar box.
All of these involved gel medium transfers, once the boxes are painted. I have to spray fixative on them yet (when the weather warms) but lots of fun! In the background of the hatboxes, you can see my recent $2 thrift store score–a large glass Eiffel Tower!
